Srushti Deshmukh is beginning working on her UPSC entry in her 3rd year of engineering degree. After her graduation she began to question whether or not she'd find satisfaction in a engineer position. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work in civil service. Her parents encouraged her to go into civil service, and to pursue a public-service career. Her motivation was never lost and she focused on becoming an IAS Officer. It takes more effort to be successful at UPSC. She was preparing for UPSC subject areas while she was studying her engineering. Everyday, she set aside time to prepare for the exam. Within just one and a quarter months she studied for engineering tests, but stayed clear of any social interaction. It is important to focus to be able to pass the exam. She is hoping to join an official in the civil service. Her efforts were arduous to attain her aim of passing the exam at first attempt. Every day, she reads newspapers to keep informed of the latest news. Rajya Sabha TV and online studying materials also proved to be a great help to her.
